Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to gain an overview of the importance, functions and main areas of application of managerial techniques in the activities of the manager. Learning outcomes of the course unit The course is focused on the introduction of techniques that can be applied not only in professional but also in personal life. The lectures are focused on the theoretical basis and techniques of individual techniques, and within the seminars there is practice and development of selected techniques.
